Dutch owners, Johanna Noyon and her husband Ton van Schaik, rent two holiday cottages on the borders of the Liguria and Piedmont regions of Italy that are suitable for naturists. The estate is 35km from the Mediterranean coast. Mulino is a former mill that was restored in 2011 and sleeps from two to six people, whilst the Rustico cottage has two bedrooms. Richard and Caroline have established a simple eco-campsite one-hour north of Faro, southern Portugal. Set in 22 hectares of rolling hills amidst the peace and quiet of the countryside – and with it’s own lake – near Ourique. There are only 10 pitches so booking is essential. Although the naturist site is open all year, it is still under development and the owners are offering a special rate of just €6.50 Euro per night, including free wi-fi.

Cordial Resort Hotels have acquired the original Sun River Club in Costa Calma, southern Fuerteventura. Originally opened in 1997, the name has now changed to ‘Hotel Best Age‘. A secluded area on the roof of the hotel has been set aside as a nudist terrace. The adults-only accommodation is set on high ground in a built up part of the resort, about a kilometre inland from the beach. In addition to all the usual hotel facilities, it offers a spa for relaxed pampering.
