Samantha and Mark Taylor, British naturists who operate the highly successful Vassaliki Naturist Club on the Greek island of Kefalonia, are opening their new naturist spa resort in the winelands of the Western Cape, in South Africa on 10 December 2011. Vasnat Club Hotel is a purpose built state-of-the-art resort, set in 7500m2 of varied flora and surrounded by extensive forests and fine mountain vistas.

Accommodation includes eight luxury hotel suites, four well appointed self catering cottages and an indulgent penthouse suite. With warm balmy days averaging 30 degrees and 14 hours of sunshine throughout the months of December to March, the all-year-round resort will no doubt prove to be a particularly welcome new winter destination for nudists living in the northern hemisphere.

Described as an exclusive African bush experience for the discerning naturist, Kiepersolkloof is situated on 207 Ha of unspoiled bushveld in the North-West Province.Tranquility, unspoiled bush and impressive gorges are what make the property special. Harmony Nature Farm is a 132-hectare traditional family naturist resort in South Africa, nestling against the cliffs of the Magaliesburg mountain range in the North West Province, thirty kilometres from Rustenburg and a little over an hour from Johannesburg and Pretoria. The property is privately owned and situated in green belt, which is home to the rare Cape Vulture and many varieties of other bird species and wild life, such as, zebra, ribbok, monkeys, baboons, duikers and jackal. Virginia Waters is a new privately owned naturist guest house and holiday resort; located north-west of Johannesburg, close to Krugersdorp and Randfontein. Set in 21 acres of lush and green grounds, it offers relaxation in quiet, peaceful and private gardens. A choice of accommodation is offered, including cottages, chalets and a camp site. A pool, spa and sun terrace are just some of the other attractions available.

Situated near Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) in the Limpopo Province, family-friendly Haakbos Naturists Lodge owned by Paul and Amanda Jonker provides guest accommodation. Day visitors are also welcome on their 10 hectares of land. Various private break-a-ways have been created in a semi dry river bed that runs through the property; where you can braai or just laze in the sun au naturel.

German travel company OssiUrlaub has announced plans for a two-week nudist tour in South Africa taking in the game reserves, Cape Town and Johannesburg. A range of nude-friendly accommodation will be provided during the holiday.
