Paul and Lauren Andreassen, owners of Bare Creek Bed & Breakfast, claim it is the only clothing optional accommodation in Surrey, British Columbia. Located in a large contemporary home in a quiet, rural part of the city, Bare Creek is a place to relax and unwind. There are two rooms for guests, together with a lounge, a family room with large screen TV, clothes-free hot tub and games room with a pool table. The house is clothing optional with nudity acceptable in all indoor areas and in privacy-screened areas outside.

The family naturist resort – Jewel Lake Wilderness – in the north of Ontario, is situated on 640 secluded acres, far from the city. The adjacent 100-acre lake has a gently sloping natural sand beach shoreline for sunning and swimming. Use of a rowing boat, canoes, a peddleboat, the sauna and hot baths are freely available to visitors staying at the rustic resort.

Bed & Breakfast and Rustic Camping are available at Freedom Fields Naturist Ranch, outside Tamworth, Ontario. The 100-acre ranch is a working hobby farm which currently stalls five mares. The property is equally divided between hay fields and open bush for those that love to hike and be at one with nature. Focusing on back-to-nature camping, there are currently minimal on-site facilities. B&B in the farmhouse should be booked in advance.

Recently advertised in the UK naturist press – Warm southerly Canada, as far south as Bordeaux, France: fully equipped house adjoining a swimming lake. Extensive  private gardens and woods; two miles from deserted ocean beaches. Secluded, but not remote. Sleeps six, with internet and satellite TV. The Cape Cod-style cottage is at Lake Midway, Digby County, Nova Scotia.

During this autumn, Canadian husband and wife Ron & Lan are launching their naturist bed and breakfast – Angel Eyes – north of the town of Bowmanville, and east of Oshawa and Toronto. Set in six acres of attractive grounds, there are two letting bedrooms and a large private deck for nude sunbathing. High-speed wireless internet available.

Clearwater River Chalet is located adjacent to Wells Gray Provincial Park, a gigantic wilderness area two hours north of Kamloops in central British Columbia. The secluded cabin in 300 acres of private land beside the river is ideal for naturists. From the deck fine views across the water can be enjoyed without any human habitation in sight. Escapism at its finest.

Graeme & Veronica Shelford offer away-from-it-all vacations at their lovely Cufra Cliffs Cottage on Thetis Island, within reasonable reach of urban centres on southern Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The owners are members of the Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN) and advise you can strip off and be comfortable in the sunshine on the decks, enjoying the excellent views and the garden. Set in the British Columbian countryside overlooking Lake Okanagan, Coady’s Cabana a is self-contained architect designed cottage, minutes from downtown Penticton. According to owner Jane Coady, it has a private garden, hot tub and outdoor fireplace and is ideal for relaxing au naturel. The family’s solar heated salt water pool is available for nude swimming by arrangement and there’s a local clothing optional beach located between Naramata and Penticton.

Our entry for Crystal Crescent Beach suggests the whole of the surrounding coast and peninsular is openly clothes-optional. Neil Hicks of the local Bluenose Naturist Club has asked us to point out that this is NOT the case and nudity should be confined to Crystal Crescent Beach. Thanks for the clarification Neil!
